Agency, agency address and contact details (including email and phone number), professional affiliations, company domain, areas of expertise, years in business, current and past employment information, salary, income, travel sales, and other information you freely submit to us.

We collect this information when you fill in a form, complete surveys, when you otherwise provide your feedback to us, or when it is legally provided to us by trusted third parties.

This information allows us to improve the quality of our Service.

Financial & Payment Information

Payment information (e.g. name, billing address and payment card details), and other financial information you freely submit to us.

We collect this information when you make purchases with us, or when you otherwise provide it to us

This information allows us to process transactions on your behalf.

Traveler Information

Passport number, driver’s license or other government-issued identification number, date of birth, gender, arrival and departure locations and times, airline, hotel or car rental information or frequent loyalty numbers, known traveler and global entry number, other related travel information, and other information you freely submit to us.

We collect this information when we assist you with your travel plans, when you otherwise provide it to us, or when it is legally provided to us by trusted third parties.

This information allows us to facilitate travel bookings for you, recommend travel advisors, and otherwise provide travel-related support.

  • To enable you to discover and connect with travel service providers: We may use your information to help match you with relevant travel services based on your preferences and inquiries. This includes sharing your information with trusted third-party travel providers or partners who may offer services aligned with your interests and in order to provide you with options that may meet your travel needs.

  • To establish and maintain responsive relationships: We use your information to respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, and understand the needs and preferences of our business partners and clients. 

  • For the performance of a contract: We use your information for the development, compliance and undertaking of the contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract you have entered with us through our Services. 

  • To contact you: We may use your information to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications, regarding updates, administrative communications (such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies) or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

For example, we may work with other travel/tour companies to provide you with the opportunity to purchase travel-related services suitable to your needs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 on our Websites. Our Website may utilize cookies. Cookies enable us to monitor website traffic patterns and serve you more effectively. In some instances, we may decline to honor your request where an exception applies, such as where the disclosure of Personal Information would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of another California resident.
