In addition, we collect personal information from employment candidates during the hiring process. Below is a summary of the personal information we collect and the purposes for which we may use it.

Please note that we may also collect and use your information for any other purpose permitted or required by law. Range may use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Services: We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including monitoring usage, personalizing your experience, and remembering your preferences for future visits.

• To enable you to discover and connect with travel service providers: We may use your information to help match you with relevant travel services based on your preferences and inquiries. This includes sharing your information with trusted third-party travel providers or partners who may offer services aligned with your interests and in order to provide you with options that may meet your travel needs.

• To establish and maintain responsive relationships: We use your information to respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, and understand the needs and preferences of our business partners and clients. 

• For the performance of a contract: We use your information for the development, compliance and undertaking of the contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract you have entered with us through our Services. 

• To contact you: We may use your information to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications, regarding updates, administrative communications (such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies) or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

• Travel-Related Service Partners: Range may share or sell your personal information to select third parties, such as other providers of travel services and including without limitation our affiliates, for marketing purposes or to help you find travel services aligned to your interests. For example, we may work with other travel/tour companies to provide you with the opportunity to purchase travel-related services suitable to your needs. • For business transfers: We may share your information with an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of, or in connection with, any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 on our Websites. 9.    How does your Website use cookies?

Our Website may utilize cookies. Cookies enable us to monitor website traffic patterns and serve you more effectively. B. Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as name, contact information, signature, payment card number, government-issued ID numbers, medical, health insurance, insurance information, and education and employment information; 

C. Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, such as sex and marital status;

E. Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history and interactions with our website; 

F. Geolocation data, such as device location and IP location;
